GENERAL
• I reserve the right to deny any commissions that I do not agree with or make me uncomfortable for any reason.
• I reserve the right to post/display your commission on my social media (giving you credit) if you do not want that you should let me know upfront.PAYMENTS
• Payments upfront or after the sketch via PayPal or Vgen.
• I will send an invoice once we have agreed on the commission details.
• As soon as I received the money I will start working on your commission.REVISIONS AND REFUNDS
• I don’t charge for revisions because I constantly show WIPs (Work in Progress).
• I won’t do changes after something has been approved (poses, backgrounds, rendered colors, etc). If you still want something like that changed I will charge you extra depending on the complexity of the change.
• No refunds are allowed once I start working on your commission (beyond sketch phase), time cost money.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• I’ll send you the finished artwork through an Email of choice in form of a PNG or JPNG file.
• If it is a gift for someone, please let me know what date you are comfortable with me posting it publicly.USE
• You may use the work only for personal use and giving me the credit (at least my Instagram or Twitter/X).
• Work commissioned for personal use are NOT authorized to be sold or reproduced with intent to be sold in any way.
• Commercial use cost 100% extra the final price.
• You may NOT claim that my work is yours, sell it, trace it or alter it.
• You are NOT allowed to use my art for anything AI/NFT related.By paying you are agreeing to ALL of the stated terms above.
